If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If the product is:

Damaged or defective,
Not in good condition, or
Different from what you ordered,
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. The bat must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns if the bat has been used or if the original packaging is damaged.
